The initial focus was purely on building size, but along the way, I realized that physical strength alone wasn’t enough. As I progressed in my training and began to see physical gains, I recognized a gap in my mental toughness. The journey wasn’t just about lifting weights; it became about building resilience, determination, and the mental fortitude to push through challenges, both in the gym and in life.
I soon understood that true strength is a balance between physical and mental toughness. Through this process, I learned the importance of discipline—not just in fitness, but in all aspects of life.
